Where is Sareeraya Villas & Suites located?   

We are conveniently set on the quieter part of Chaweng Beach within 15 minutesí walk to Chaweng city center and just a short car drive to the islandís both domestic and international airport.

How far are you from the Koh Samui Airport?   

We are only 10 minutesí drive from the airport.

 

Do you have complimentary shuttle to/from the Koh Samui Airport?   

While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service, we will be happy to arrange a car or a van to take you to and from the airport with a prevailing cost. Please contact our team at rsvn@sareeraya.com for more information.

 

What types of rooms do you have available and what are the differences between the room types?

Do you have non-smoking rooms?   

Yes, most of our rooms are non-smoking and are available upon request.

 

How many floors are there? Is there a lift?   

Our property features two three story buildings with 36 suites. Lifts are available in both buildings.

 

Are pets allowed?   

No, pets are not allowed.

 

Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?   

Yes, all of our guestrooms feature hairdryers, as well as in-room safes, bath robes, bathroom amenities, beach hats, beach bags and slippers.

 

Do you have free Wifi available?   

Yes, complimentary Wifi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the property.

 

How many swimming pools do you have?   

We have one main swimming pool and one kidís pool. Two swimming pools serve those staying at the pool access rooms in the main building and our beachfront presidential villa comes with its own private pool, too.

 

Is the hotel on the beach?   

Yes, it is.

 

Can we swim in the sea?   

Yes, guests can swim in the sea based on the tides.

 

Does your hotel provide parking?   

Yes, we provide complimentary on-site valet parking for overnight guests, based on first come first serve.

 

Are excursions and other activities available?   

Yes, island excursions, land excursions, golfing, diving, and other tours and activities are available. Please contact our guest services upon arrival or email us at rsvn@sareeraya.com for more information.

 

Any water sports available?   

No water sports are available.

 

Do you have dry clean and laundry service?   

Yes, we do.

 

Is a baby-sitting service available?   

Yes, babysitting can be arranged through our guest services. At least 1 day advanced notice is required.

 

Do you have a spa?   

Yes, we do have our own spa and it opens every day from 10:00am to 09:00pm. For more information, please click here. .

 

Does your hotel offer a workout facility?   

Yes, we do. Our exercise room is located at Sareeraya Plaza and is open 24 hours. A room key is needed to enter the exercise room that includes free weights, cardio equipment, yoga mats and fitness balls. .

 

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?   

Standard check-in time is 03:00pm and check-out time is 12:00noon.

 

Do you provide a service for early check-in and late check-out?    

Early check-in and late check-out is offered subject to hotel availability and additional charges will be applied. For early check-in, we will hold the room for the night prior to arrival at an additional one night charge. For late check-out, 50% of the room rate will be charged until 6:00pm and after 6:00pm a full dayís rate will apply. If a late check-out or early check-in cannot be arranged you are welcome to leave your luggage at the guest services and enjoy our transit lounge, where shower area is provided.

 

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?   

The cancellation and deposit policy depends on the rate plan you have booked. Details can be found on your confirmation email.

 

When booking online, how can I be sure that I will have a room reservation?   

When booking directly from the sareeraya.com website, you will receive confirmation code via email to the e-mail address you have supplied us with. You can also e-mail us at rsvn@sareeraya.com to re-confirm your reservation with us.

 

Do you have connecting rooms?   

We do have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You can make a request for connecting rooms by e-mailing us at rsvn@sareeraya.com. Kindly note that all requests are subject to availability upon arrival day and are not guaranteed. Connecting doors are located outside the balcony.

 

Does the hotel provide extra beds?   

Yes, extra bed with breakfast is available at an additional charge of 2,500 THB per night. Please confirm if extra bed is required prior to arrival as not all rooms can accommodate them.

 

Are baby cots available?   

Yes, baby cots are available on request.

 

May special gifts like cake or champagne be ordered in advance by either the guests or their friends?   

Yes, gifts may be purchased in advance. Please contact info@sareeraya.com for further information.

 

What are the operating hours of the restaurant?   

Our Chefís Table restaurant is open daily from 06:30am until 11:00pm. Her Bar opens daily from 10:00am-11:00pm with Happy Hour from 04:00pm-07:00pm.

 

Are high chairs available in the restaurant?   

Yes, high chairs are available.

 

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?   

Room service is available from 06.30am to 00.00midnight daily.

 

May guests make special requests for dietary restrictions?   

Yes, our culinary team is committed to accommodating our guestsí dietary needs to the best of their ability. Please ensure to notify us of any dietary restrictions and/or food allergies you may have prior to your arrival.
